Built to address LLM connection standards, Project NexusRE aims to apply governance rules once and enforce them consistently across channels through permissions, compliance screening, and usage metering embedded in the infrastructure. Project NexusRE, initiated by NorthstarMLS (as the patent assignee) and commercialized by REcore, is currently in active development, with initial testing expected to begin in summer 2026.
