The afternoon agenda was divided into three tracks: IT Innovation, Data & Marketing, and Comprehensive Business Strategy, sharing practical application cases and operational strategies from enterprises. The closing session featured Kim In-soo of SK Telecom's AI Board PL, who shared experiences on the transformation into an AI-native enterprise.

In the exhibition area, domestic and international AI companies such as Ascent AI, Crizen, VIBE Company, Platier, Fasoo AI, Wantsnet, Rimini Street, Namoo Technologies, Zadara, Catenoid, Worcat, Odoo, Lenovo, Red Hat, and Toss Lab set up booths to showcase their respective solutions.

VIBE Company demonstrated an AI data platform capable of providing trend, profile, financial, and issue data, presented in a format immediately usable by AI. The company used "Sumtrend MCP" for a live demonstration of solutions enabling AI to more precisely understand market trends.

Namoo Technologies showcased a Citrix-based digital workspace and its proprietary integrated management platform. Lenovo exhibited the AMD-based Edge AI server "SE455 V3," designed for direct AI inference at the edge without sending on-site data to the cloud. Odoo recommended that enterprises first organize data systems such as ERP and CRM before applying AI. Zadara introduced a cost-effective infrastructure strategy covering both public and private clouds.

Toss Lab unveiled a new service, "JANDI Talk," for the first time at the event. This service enables unified management of multiple customer communication channels, including KakaoTalk consultation chats, Naver Talk, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. A representative from Toss Lab stated that organizations with high customer inquiry volumes, such as hospitals or tutoring centers, face difficulties managing multiple channels simultaneously. JANDI Talk allows management of up to eight channels on a single screen, and the pre-release aimed to gather customer feedback.

Wantsnet, while introducing its AI server operation automation solution, held a random capsule event. Namoo Technologies prepared a lucky wheel event. Red Hat operated a memory game matching its solution logos, offering limited-edition keychains. Rimini Street gave card holders to survey participants.

Kim Kyung-mook, CEO of ZDNet Korea, stated that CIS 2026 is not just a venue for introducing technology but a platform for sharing AI strategies and execution plans that enterprises can utilize in real-world settings.
