Malaysia's Cyberjaya Launches RM2 Billion AI Super Park

en.Wedoany.com Reported - NEXGRAM (NEXGRAM, 0096, ACE Market) subsidiary NNCC launched the Neu Nexus Century City "AI Super Park" with a total gross development value of RM2 billion in Cyberjaya, Malaysia on June 29, 2026. The project's core includes two 20-megawatt AI data centers, green energy facilities, and integrated commercial development, alongside the simultaneous signing of cooperation arrangements totaling RM1.23 billion.

The project's core is the "NNCC Power Superblock," which plans to build two 20-megawatt AI data centers, supported by proposed green energy and AI buildings, while encompassing hotels, residences, corporate office towers, a convention and exhibition center, medical facilities, an innovation and blockchain center, diverse lifestyle amenities, and commercial spaces. The two AI data centers will support sovereign AI computing, enterprise AI applications, high-performance computing, robotics, intelligent automation, humanoid robot agent hosting, and next-generation digital infrastructure needs.

In conjunction with the project's groundbreaking ceremony, NNCC and related partners signed two memoranda of agreement and two memoranda of investment, totaling approximately RM1.23 billion. The collaborations include a hotel and residential development agreement worth RM280 million, an AI data center token subscription agreement worth RM200 million, an NNDC-I data center infrastructure investment of RM250 million, and an NNCC Power Superblock financing plan of RM500 million.

NEXGRAM is a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, focusing on technology and digital infrastructure. Nextnation Datacity Chairman, Yang Berhormat Dato' Seri Hishammuddin Hussein, stated that artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, high-performance computing, and smart energy systems are reshaping the global economic landscape, and Cyberjaya remains one of Malaysia's most mature technology corridors, well-positioned to host the development of next-generation AI infrastructure. Malaysia's Minister of Works, Yang Berhormat Dato' Seri Ahmad Maslan, and NEXGRAM Executive Director, Tee Soon Siang, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
