en.Wedoany.com Reported - At its plant in Lindau, Germany, Liebherr-Electronics and Drives GmbH produces over 1,000 terminal devices daily, covering data transmission and network connection components. These products are manufactured following the principle of high-mix, low-volume production, serving Liebherr machines worldwide as well as external customers in sectors such as agriculture, forestry, and aerospace.

Inside the production hall, visitors can see autonomous transport robots and a fully automated assembly station. This assembly station was designed, modularized, and implemented by the company's own employees, with mechanical, electrical, and software components all coming from the same local project team. The station can independently and precisely assemble electronic components, embodying the integration of digitalization and the future workplace.

At the company's in-house testing center at the Lindau plant, electronic components undergo a series of extreme environmental tests. For example, power electronics used in offshore cranes are tested in a salt spray chamber to ensure reliable operation under conditions such as high temperatures, salt-laden air, or strong vibrations.
