Designed to address production waste and quality deviations caused by control delays and data loss on the manufacturing floor, this product achieves high-precision control through high-speed counting and edge control, making it suitable for applications such as filling and packaging, electronics manufacturing, and motor testing.

The NX-CT features target coincidence comparison and output functionality, capable of detecting and outputting signals within 1μs. The unit performs real-time processing internally without relying on conventional PLC scan cycles, significantly improving response speed and minimizing process errors caused by control delays at the source. The unit supports setting advance time in microseconds, enabling early output based on valve delay time in high-speed filling scenarios. It also monitors filling speed and compensates for valve closing timing in real time, preventing overfilling or underfilling caused by flow rate fluctuations or valve closing delays.

In non-stop image inspection scenarios, the NX-CT can issue trigger signals in advance by an equivalent amount based on the image sensor's capture delay time, while monitoring conveyor speed changes to compensate for output timing in real time. This ensures images are captured at the ideal position, balancing high-speed operation with inspection quality.


The NX-CT is equipped with a counter log function supporting two modes: latch log and fixed-period log. The latch mode can capture external input signals faster than the PLC scan cycle, recording up to 4,096 count values. Data for judging workpiece quality and process improvement can be acquired without omission, solving the problem of measurement data being overwritten or lost in high-speed conveyance scenarios.

In terms of integrated design, the NX-CT consolidates multiple functions into a single unit to streamline control system configuration. Its multi-channel input counter supports switching between two input modes: 3-phase (A-phase/B-phase/Z-phase) × 2Ch and single-phase × 6Ch, allowing a single device to cover multi-axis counting requirements while saving control cabinet space and hardware costs. The built-in PWM output function eliminates the need for a separate dedicated output unit, achieving pulse width modulation output of up to 32.8kHz, suitable for applications such as DC motor characteristic testing. The counter's anti-interference filter suppresses miscounting in noisy environments, ensuring long-term stable equipment operation.


The NX-CT High-Speed Counter Unit is available in four models covering different input types and performance levels, allowing users to select the appropriate model based on field device interfaces and response speed requirements.
