en.Wedoany.com Reported - Terra Metals has announced new progress at the Southwest Discovery Zone of the Dante Project in the West Musgrave region of Western Australia, with laboratory assays confirming thick, continuous platinum group metals-copper-nickel sulphide mineralization in the area. The latest data comes from three reverse circulation (RC) pre-collars, covering approximately 650 meters of a gap within the Southwest Main Sulphide Zone and connecting previously reported discovery holes. All three pre-collars terminated in mineralization, with deeper diamond drilling completed at depths ranging from approximately 725 meters to 918 meters. Among these, SWRD071 is a twin hole of SWRC053, with assay results pending.

These drilling results lie outside the Dante Project's 148 million tonne mineral resource and support Terra's view that the Southwest Zone is emerging as a significant new growth opportunity within the Jameson Layered Intrusion. CEO Thomas Line stated that these results continue to demonstrate the scale and continuity of the Southwest Discovery Zone. He noted that each reported RC pre-collar intersected extensive intervals of PGE-copper-nickel sulphide mineralization and terminated in mineralized zones, further strengthening the company's confidence in identifying significant new mineralized systems beyond the existing mineral resource.

The best intersection came from hole SWRD057: 194 meters from 58 meters to the end of the RC pre-collar at 252 meters, grading 0.71 g/t PGE3 and 0.11% nickel. This includes 34 meters from 58 meters grading 1.32 g/t PGE3, 0.10% nickel, and 0.13% copper; and 11 meters from 168 meters grading 2.62 g/t PGE3, 0.27% nickel, and 0.19% copper. Additionally, 9 meters from 243 meters to the end of the hole returned 1.25 g/t PGE3, 0.20% nickel, and 0.13% copper. Hole SWRC053 intersected 105 meters from 183 meters to the end of the RC pre-collar at 288 meters, grading 0.87 g/t PGE3, including 22 meters from 184 meters grading 1.67 g/t, and 9 meters from 186 meters grading 2.01 g/t. Hole SWRD052 returned 76 meters from 170 meters to the end of the RC pre-collar at 246 meters, grading 0.87 g/t PGE3 and 0.16% nickel, including 15 meters from 231 meters to the end of the hole grading 1.57 g/t PGE3, 0.21% nickel, and 0.13% copper.

These assays are from the RC pre-collar sections only, designed to verify continuity in the upper hole intervals prior to deeper diamond drilling. The deeper diamond tails will be the next key data points. The diamond tail for SWRD057 was drilled to 724.8 meters, the twin diamond hole SWRD071 for SWRC053 reached 728.9 meters, and the diamond tail for SWRD052 was drilled to 918.3 meters. Assay results from these deeper holes are pending and will be used to test whether the Southwest mineralized system continues to extend at depth.

Terra's target is the mineralized ultramafic rock package, ranging in thickness from approximately 150 meters to over 500 meters. The company has confirmed continuity between early discovery zones, with multiple large mineralized sulphide units remaining open in all directions. Drilling has delineated mineralization over a strike length exceeding 950 meters, a width of approximately 650 meters, and extending at least 750 meters from surface. Surface and downhole electromagnetic surveys are underway, generating multiple new electromagnetic targets since the project commenced in March. Multiple rigs are conducting expansion and infill drilling. A heritage survey planned for next month is expected to open up additional areas for further expansion drilling and future grid-based resource work.
