en.Wedoany.com Reported - China's Pingyun Xiaojiang attended the "2026 3rd Embodied Humanoid Robot Scenario Application Expansion Conference" as an industry service provider. Chairman Zhang Yeqing delivered a keynote speech at the conference, elaborating on how the nationwide one-stop after-sales operation and maintenance service system simplifies the maintenance service process for intelligent equipment and embodied robots after deployment.

Zhang Yeqing introduced that Pingyun Xiaojiang, founded in 2017, is a subsidiary of GRG Banking, focusing on providing overall solutions for after-sales services of intelligent equipment. The platform integrates national engineer resources through digital means, currently boasting over 130,000 registered engineers and more than 6,000 city-level service providers, with a service network covering over 2,800 counties and districts across China, serving a cumulative total of over 4,000 clients. Pingyun Xiaojiang's positioning is to neither manufacture robots, sell robots, nor participate in operations, but solely focus on delivering services.

In his speech, Zhang Yeqing pointed out that the embodied intelligence industry is transitioning from technical validation to industrial validation. Technological maturity is merely the beginning; large-scale operation is the real challenge. Future industrialization will face four bottlenecks: deployment, delivery, operation, and service. Compared to traditional robots operating in relatively standardized environments, embodied intelligence faces dynamic, complex, and human-machine collaborative open environments, demanding higher standards for delivery and service systems. He predicted that the future focus of industry competition will not only be on model capabilities and hardware capabilities but also on industrialization capabilities.

In the field of robot services, Pingyun Xiaojiang has developed a full lifecycle one-stop service capability, including environmental surveys, installation and deployment, joint debugging and testing, on-site support, and operation and maintenance inspections. To date, it has served over 8,000 industrial AGV/AMR units, more than 4,000 inspection robots, over 10,000 service robots, and more than 500 unmanned cleaning robots. In the past two years, the company has begun participating in embodied intelligence projects, serving over 200 humanoid robots and quadruped robots cumulatively, and has clearly felt that such robots impose higher requirements for on-site deployment and training.

Zhang Yeqing stated that Pingyun Xiaojiang is committed to enabling equipment manufacturing companies to focus on products and markets, while delivery, installation, operation, and maintenance are handled by service providers. In the future, the company hopes to collaborate with more embodied intelligence enterprises to jointly drive the industry from pilot validation to large-scale replication.
