Attendees included Yao Zhenguo, Senior Vice President and Head of Greater China at Siemens Energy; Shu Guogang, Chief Engineer of Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine Engineering, Chief Scientist of State Power Investment Corporation, and Chief Designer of China Heavy Gas Turbine; and Gong Shengkai, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor at Beihang University. Yao Zhenguo commended AVIC Heavy Machinery's technological innovation and production R&D capabilities in the forging and casting field, and analyzed the development trends of the gas turbine industry in light of energy transition trends and Siemens Energy's business layout. He expressed hope that this research and discussion would serve as an opportunity to jointly seize the rapid development opportunities in the international gas turbine market, leverage respective resource advantages, continuously consolidate the cooperation foundation, broaden cooperation dimensions, and deepen cooperation levels.
