The project site is located at No. 11956, Erhuan West Road, Shizhong District, Jinan City, with procurement needs based on the 2026 production plan.
The main scope of the project includes: replacing the front windshield and installing a camera, modifying the lower crossbeam of the front bumper and installing a radar. The schematic diagrams for camera and radar installation are as follows:
An AEBS/LDW switch shall be installed on the dashboard, and the switch must function properly; the instrument cluster needs to be flashed with an AEB-compliant program, and a warning light should appear during vehicle self-check, with normal operation during use.
The project requires that all hardware (glass, camera, switch, crossbeam, etc.) and the diagnostic equipment used for program flashing be procured through official channels or authorized dealers of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Sinotruk) to ensure vehicle warranty and system compatibility.
Supplier qualification requirements include: certification under ISO9001 or IATF16949; the company must have been in operation for more than 2 years; experience in mass production supply of similar products to mainstream OEMs in the industry; current suppliers may directly participate; affiliated enterprises are not allowed to register simultaneously. Registration requires submission of business license, quality system certificate, enterprise survey form, and proof of supply within the industry (contract or agreement for 2025). Each participating supplier must sign a "Bidding Commitment Letter," and the company's evaluation team will strictly adhere to bidding discipline and sign commitment letters with each supplier. Suppliers must agree to the company's relevant commercial terms, warranty terms, etc.
