en.Wedoany.com Reported - EDP Renewables (EDPR) has signed a sale and purchase agreement with PLT Energia to sell 100% of its stake in a wind and solar portfolio with a total capacity of 68 MWac (70 MWdc) in Italy. The transaction is expected to have an enterprise value of €150 million, with the final price subject to customary closing adjustments on the completion date.

The portfolio includes five contracted and operational projects located in southern Italy (Apulia, Basilicata, and Campania). Four of these are wind projects with a total installed capacity of 60 MW, with an average operational age of 11 years, benefiting from 20-year Contracts for Difference (CfD).
The solar project has an installed capacity of 8 MWdc (9 MWac), with an average operational age of less than one year, benefiting from a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
The completion of this transaction is subject to conditions precedent, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions for such transactions, and is expected to be finalized within 2026. This is another step in EDPR's portfolio optimization strategy in the Italian market. Previously, EDPR sold a 191 MW wind portfolio to PLT Energia in July 2024 and a 207 MWac solar portfolio to Encavis in December 2025.
