en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Russian Skolkovo Foundation and INTELCA Group have recently signed a cooperation agreement to jointly advance the "GreenTech Sustainable Development" project, promoting a model for technology commercialization. The core outcome of this model is to help a company complete the prototype development of a robotic complex within two months and receive 7 million rubles in funding for industrial production. A representative of the Skolkovo Foundation shared this information with CNews.

The market for industrial robotics in Russia has exceeded 70 billion rubles. As the market grows, there is an increasing demand from enterprises for mechanisms to identify promising domestic R&D results, verify their effectiveness under real production conditions, and deploy them in industrial operations. The Skolkovo Foundation (a member of the VEB.RF Group), acting as a technology integrator, connects industrial needs with R&D outcomes from Russian companies through its corporate technology order platform "Skolkovo.Pulsar," helping enterprises define requirements, select solutions, organize pilot projects, and follow through to industrial application.

The partnership with INTELCA Group is a concrete example of this model. Under the "GreenTech Sustainable Development" framework, an industrial robotics incubator has been launched. INTELCA Group partners set a task to find a Russian domestic automation solution for their product labeling line within the "Honest Mark" system. Skolkovo experts analyzed five Russian R&D results and ultimately identified the solution from Skolkovo resident company "Robopro" as the optimal choice.

Through just two months of joint work, the parties developed and demonstrated a functional robotic labeling line prototype. Tests showed a 30% increase in production efficiency. The solution's localization rate exceeds 80%, meeting the requirements of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. To complete the development and refine the prototype into an industrial model, the Skolkovo Foundation approved a grant of 7 million rubles to "ROBOPRO." The finished product is planned to be launched on the market by the end of 2026.

Under the signed agreement, the parties plan to bring the developed solution to market by the end of 2026 and open five new technology search directions targeting enterprises in the food, metallurgical, and chemical industries. Subsequently, pilot projects will be launched within the "GreenTech Sustainable Development" framework.

"Today, industrial competitiveness depends not only on having proprietary technologies but also on the speed of their practical application. Our task is to shorten the distance from an enterprise's technological needs to a working solution on the production line," said Alexey Parshikov, Vice President for Partnerships at the Skolkovo Foundation.

"For INTELCA Group, cooperation with Skolkovo opens up new opportunities to promote Russian domestic solutions in the field of industrial automation and robotics," said Alexander Nikitin, General Director of INTELCA Group. By integrating the capabilities of technology integrators, developers, and industrial clients, the parties will be able to launch more pilot projects, enabling Russian R&D results to adapt more quickly to enterprise needs and bring to market modern solutions that enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of domestic industry.
