The "Guo Yi Hai" is a new-generation multi-purpose grain carrier independently designed and developed by China. It is the fifth vessel in the series of 80,000-ton multi-purpose grain carriers built by Dalian COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for COSCO Shipping Development. This series, designed to meet the demands of specialized and large-scale grain transportation, integrates the advantages of multi-purpose vessel construction. With an overall length of 229.95 meters, it features strong professional adaptability and high technical integration, accommodating the application needs of grain transport, container transport, and various cargo loading. It complies with international conventions and the requirements of the "CCS Green Ecological Ship Rules", strictly adheres to global sulfur limits and ECA regional emission standards, and meets the latest cybersecurity requirements. This provides significant capacity support for China's grain transport and the export of Chinese-manufactured goods, while also fully demonstrating CCS's service capabilities in green and intelligent technology.

During the construction process, CCS worked closely with the shipowner, shipyard, and design institutes, leveraging its extensive experience in plan approval and survey of multi-purpose transport vessels.
