Promoted by ProInversión, the project has an estimated investment of 100.8 million soles and will provide the institution with modern infrastructure to strengthen its functions of supervising, regulating, and promoting the development of the securities market.

Minister of Economy and Finance Rodolfo Acuña, ProInversión Executive President Luis Del Carpio, and Superintendent of the Securities Market Authority Juan Pichihua attended the groundbreaking ceremony. The head of ProInversión stated that this is good news for the country, reflecting the confidence of regulatory bodies, private enterprises, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, whose collaborative efforts create a favorable space for national investment development. The project is being implemented through the "Works for Taxes" mechanism, which is increasingly bringing welfare and development to various regions across the country.
The "Works for Taxes" mechanism has attracted attention from domestic and international companies, as well as regional and local governments. In the first half of this year, a record 356 projects were awarded through this mechanism, totaling 5.822 billion soles, surpassing the 5.1 billion soles awarded throughout the entire year of 2025.
The construction work is being carried out by Consorcio Grupo Flesan, a consortium formed by De Vicente Constructora S.A.C. and Flesan Energía S.A.C., with a construction period of 675 calendar days. The new headquarters is located in the Miraflores district, covering an area of 15,776 square meters. It includes a seven-story office building, three underground parking levels and technical areas, as well as a semi-basement level featuring a public service area and a multipurpose hall, designed to provide more efficient and modern services.
