This marks the first entry of its phase-shifting transformer products into the EU high-end power grid market. Meanwhile, three 500kV single-phase autotransformers directly exported by the company to Vietnam's National Grid have been successfully energized and put into operation at the Chon Thanh substation in Dong Nai Province.
BTW's winning of the phase-shifting transformer order from the Greek National Grid Company represents another collaboration following the signing of a seven-year framework agreement and the confirmation of a supply order for 20 transformers. Facing the access standards and market competition of Europe's high-end power grid, BTW's marketing team analyzed the core needs of the customer. The technical team engaged in the project at an early stage, conducting multiple rounds of technical exchanges with the Greek National Grid Company. They optimized the product design and core technical parameters to meet European grid operation standards and the actual project conditions.
