en.Wedoany.com Reported - The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China recently allocated 180 million yuan from the central budget to support post-disaster emergency recovery efforts in regions including Guangxi, Hubei, and Gansu.

Affected by Typhoon Maysak, the 10th typhoon of the year, multiple areas in Guangxi experienced severe rainstorms and floods, resulting in casualties and property losses. The National Commission for Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief activated a Level IV national disaster relief emergency response on July 6. In accordance with the National Natural Disaster Relief Emergency Plan and the disaster damage situation in Guangxi, the NDRC urgently allocated 100 million yuan from the central budget, focusing on the emergency recovery and reconstruction of damaged roads, water conservancy and other infrastructure, as well as public service facilities such as schools and hospitals in the affected areas, to expedite the restoration of normal production and living order.

On July 7, a landslide disaster occurred in Tanchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, causing casualties and property losses. The National Commission for Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief activated a Level IV national disaster relief emergency response. The NDRC urgently allocated 30 million yuan from the central budget to support the post-disaster emergency recovery of infrastructure and public service facilities in the disaster-stricken area of Tanchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province.

Since July 6, multiple areas in Hubei Province have experienced heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and strong winds, with localized tornadoes causing casualties and property losses. On July 8, the NDRC urgently allocated 50 million yuan from the central budget to support Hubei Province in post-disaster emergency recovery from wind and hail disasters, focusing on the emergency recovery and reconstruction of damaged roads and other infrastructure, as well as public service facilities such as schools, to promote the swift restoration of normal production and living order.
