The project was provided with full-line mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic turnkey services by Erzhong Heavy Equipment, a subsidiary of Sinomach Heavy Equipment, while China Heavy Machinery Research Institute collaborated on the design, supply, and commissioning of the production line's electrical and automation control systems. The comprehensive indicators of the production line in terms of process mode, equipment configuration, and production efficiency are at the forefront of the industry.

During the development process, Sinomach Heavy Equipment adopted a domestically pioneering process layout combining a single-stand double-coiler with a tandem rolling configuration, innovatively integrated three rolling modes, and equipped it with a high-precision automation control system. This established a benchmark for independent innovation in China's high-end aluminum hot rolling equipment, demonstrating its system integration capabilities and core competitiveness in the field of high-end aluminum hot rolling complete equipment. After the project goes into production, it can stably produce 450,000 tons of high-precision aluminum plate and strip annually, covering key sectors of the national economy such as new energy vehicles and rail transit. It will provide core material support for the new energy industry and high-end equipment manufacturing, further enhancing the resilience and security level of China's new energy key basic materials industry chain, and promoting the high-quality development of the aluminum processing industry.
