en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, the Wuhan Fuleide Precision Cleaning and Regeneration Service Base project officially commenced construction in the Optics Valley Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The project has a total investment of 203 million yuan, covering an area of 21 mu, with a planned floor area of 24,773 square meters, and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation within 10 months. Upon reaching full production capacity, it will provide 30,000 pan-semiconductor cleaning services per month, while also covering supporting needs such as ceramic spray regeneration and equipment maintenance. Targeting key links in the Optics Valley industrial chain, this project will fill the gap in nearby services for critical supporting processes such as pan-semiconductor precision cleaning and ceramic spraying. In the future, core components like etching machines will no longer need to be sent elsewhere; they can undergo precision cleaning and regeneration locally before directly returning to the production line, thereby significantly shortening turnaround cycles and reducing logistics costs.
From contract signing on April 20 to the start of construction, the project took less than three months, and it is planned to be completed and operational within 12 months.

Fuleide is a leading enterprise in the domestic pan-semiconductor cleaning service sector. Formerly the Surface Treatment Division of Shanghai Shenhe Investment Co., Ltd., it was listed on the ChiNext board in 2022. Since entering this field in 2000, the company has primarily provided one-stop precision cleaning services for equipment to semiconductor and display panel manufacturers, with clients including leading domestic and international companies such as Applied Materials, Tokyo Electron, SMIC, TSMC, China Star Optoelectronics, and NAURA Technology Group.
In recent years, driven by leading enterprises in the optoelectronic information field, Optics Valley has initially established a complete industrial chain from IC design and wafer manufacturing to packaging and testing. The establishment of Fuleide's Wuhan base will enhance the operational efficiency and resilience of the pan-semiconductor industrial chain in Central China.
