(CEEC) Zhongdian Engineering Consulting Company signed the EPC general contracting project for a 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage power station in Long'an District, Anyang City. The company continues to deepen its presence in the new energy storage sector, supporting the green and low-carbon transformation of regional energy.

Located in Long'an District, Anyang City, Henan Province, the project has an overall construction scale of 200MW/400MWh. It adopts mainstream, safe, and reliable lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage technology, paired with an efficient and energy-saving liquid cooling heat dissipation system, effectively enhancing the operational stability, safety, and service life of the energy storage system. The project also includes the construction of a new 220kV step-up substation, covering all professional supporting components such as primary and secondary electrical systems, communication, automation control, civil structure, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and HVAC.

Once operational, the project can provide multiple key grid services including peak shaving, frequency regulation, emergency backup, and demand response, effectively addressing pain points such as insufficient flexibility and limited regulation capacity of traditional power systems. It will comprehensively improve the safety, stability, and economic efficiency of grid operation, expand the space for local new energy consumption, and help accelerate the construction of a new energy system in the core area of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
