Based on the risk characteristics of typhoon weather, the project department focused on high-risk points at the construction site, conducting detailed inspections, comprehensive maintenance, and reinforcement of major hazard engineering parts significantly affected by wind loads, such as tower cranes and scaffolding systems. Windproofing, stabilization, and risk avoidance control measures were implemented item by item to promptly eliminate safety hazards caused by strong winds and heavy rain. Simultaneously, the project department further strengthened post safety responsibilities, refined emergency response plans, clarified duty and on-call systems, enhanced the typhoon and flood prevention emergency awareness of all personnel, and strictly enforced full-process safety control at the site, ensuring that the construction site remains controllable, under control, safe, and stable during the typhoon period.
