en.Wedoany.com Reported - Orange Polska has launched immersive solution services for large and medium-sized enterprises, covering digital twins, 3D scanning, 360-degree video transmission, and virtual reality content production. It connects enterprise users across different cities via dedicated 5G networks, fiber optics, and immersive terminals.

This service is not a standardized software product but a combination of various communication and digital facilities. Orange Polska will configure VR or mixed reality headsets, 360-degree cameras, 3D scanning equipment, data transmission networks, and content platforms based on customer scenarios to form a complete immersive application environment.

In multi-user applications, personnel in different cities can enter the same virtual space via VR headsets, using digital avatars for voice communication and collaborative operations. Voice communication itself requires low bandwidth, but real-time video, 3D models, and 360-degree image transmission demand higher network capacity and stability. Therefore, relevant projects will be connected to dedicated 5G networks or fiber optics based on the scenario.

Orange Polska divides immersive infrastructure into four components. The first is digital twin applications, which convert equipment, objects, or workspaces into 3D digital models accessible via VR or mixed reality terminals, used for equipment display, operational training, and remote collaboration.

The second component is 3D scanning. Enterprises can digitally capture factories, laboratories, warehouses, and other physical spaces to generate LAS format files. The data can be viewed on computers or processed and imported into VR environments to create virtual tours, spatial archives, and asset inventory systems.

Orange Polska has completed the digital replication of its 5G laboratory. The replicated virtual space can be used for employee training, equipment archiving, and resource inventory, allowing personnel to view site layouts, equipment locations, and internal environments without entering the physical laboratory.

The third component is the immersive ecosystem, primarily targeting exhibitions, sports events, and enterprise sites. The project captures spherical video using 360-degree cameras and transmits the footage in real-time to remote terminals via dedicated 5G networks or fiber optics. This system requires simultaneous deployment of camera equipment, on-site communication networks, video processing platforms, and user access terminals.

The fourth component is VR 360 video production. Completed immersive videos can be played on VR headsets, phones, or computer screens, with VR terminals offering a more complete spatial viewing experience. Such content can be used for enterprise training, facility demonstrations, remote tours, and project documentation.

In terms of construction content, Orange Polska is combining dedicated 5G, fiber optics, 3D scanning, and VR equipment into an enterprise-oriented immersive communication infrastructure. Subsequent projects will configure network connections, digital models, image capture equipment, and access terminals based on customer business scenarios.
