en.Wedoany.com Reported - German rental company Salgert Group has recently taken delivery of a 450-ton Liebherr LTM 1400-6.1 all-terrain crane.

This six-axle crane is equipped with a six-section 70-meter main boom, featuring a Y-Guy Superlift system, and offers a variety of lattice extension and jib options. These include a 45.5-meter luffing jib that enables a maximum lifting height of approximately 120 meters, and an 80.5-meter luffing jib that extends the lifting height to 140 meters. The crane is primarily intended for infrastructure and energy supply projects, as well as various installation operations. Its first task involves collaborating with a 230-ton LTM 1230-5.1 crane on bridge construction along the A3 highway.

Company owner Wolfgang Salgert stated that the new LTM 1400-6.1 is an ideal addition to the company's fleet, offering more possibilities for tackling challenging projects. This crane covers a wide range of applications while providing cost-effective solutions for customers. This investment not only strengthens the company's capabilities but also lays the foundation for better supporting clients in the future.

Founded by Hans Salgert in 1955, the company currently operates locations in Lohmar, Euskirchen, Mönchengladbach, and Duisburg. Its main business includes the rental of aerial work platforms, cranes, and forklifts, as well as providing machinery transport and heavy haulage services.
