The hydrogen production unit adopts a highly integrated system design, combining hydrogen generation, gas-liquid separation, purification, intelligent self-control, and safety protection modules into a compact footprint. Unlike traditional split-type hydrogen production equipment, the unit undergoes full system commissioning before delivery, enabling rapid deployment and commissioning upon arrival, shortening project construction cycles and reducing customer installation and debugging costs.
The series covers three standard models: 3Nm³/h, 5Nm³/h, and 10Nm³/h, meeting mainstream industrial hydrogen demand and suitable for large-scale, routine on-site hydrogen production in factories. The equipment features intelligent flow-following technology, automatically adjusting hydrogen production load based on workshop gas consumption fluctuations and intermittent production rhythms, ensuring adaptive gas supply throughout operation while reducing waste and supply fluctuations. Energy consumption is as low as ≤4.2 kWh/Nm³, offering greater efficiency than traditional equipment and effectively lowering factory hydrogen and electricity costs over long-term operation.
