en.Wedoany.com Reported - Halliburton has been awarded a multi-year lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) contract by Saudi Aramco to support onshore well workover projects across multiple oil fields in Saudi Arabia. This expands the company's integrated completion service portfolio in the Kingdom.

This contract follows another multi-year contract announced earlier this week by Halliburton, which supports Saudi Aramco's unconventional gas development projects. These contracts reinforce Halliburton's growing role in both conventional and unconventional operations in Saudi Arabia.

Under the latest contract, Halliburton will provide an integrated execution model covering approximately 285 planned wells, including well workover operations, drilling, completion, and workover services. The contract aims to improve operational efficiency and maximize the value of Saudi Aramco's onshore asset portfolio.

Rami Yassine, President of Halliburton's Eastern Hemisphere, stated that the awarding of these contracts marks a significant milestone for Halliburton in the Kingdom, solidifying the company's position for future growth under this program. He noted that the scope reflects the strength of the company's drilling technology and its proven ability to efficiently execute complex, highly integrated operations.

Yassine added that the program will leverage Halliburton's integrated technologies and services to enhance drilling and completion efficiency while reducing overall well construction costs.

These contracts have an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. Halliburton stated that it will execute the work with a focus on safety, quality, and operational performance, in line with Saudi Aramco's standards.
