The project is located in Ramthi, Narkhed, Nagpur district, Maharashtra, and will be executed by KPI Green Energy on a turnkey EPC basis for Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO).

KPI Green Energy disclosed this approval through a recent stock exchange filing. This solar project is another EPC contract secured by the company in Maharashtra, following the delivery of multiple solar projects in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha. The solar project strengthens KPI Green Energy's presence in Maharashtra, further solidifying its position in India's utility-scale solar market.

The approved solar project will utilize high-efficiency solar modules and a tracking system to enhance power generation efficiency. Once operational, the project will be connected to the Maharashtra state grid, supporting the state's renewable energy capacity targets.
