According to fleet data from ch-aviation, the Atlanta-based founding member of the SkyTeam alliance currently operates 39 Boeing 767-300ERs with an average age of 29.9 years, and 21 Boeing 767-400ERs with an average age of 25.6 years. This ranking is based on flight schedule data from aviation analytics firm Cirium for the period between August 2026 and March 2027, calculated by maximum block time.

The top two routes on the list both have a maximum block time of 11 hours and 6 minutes. One of them is the route from New York Kennedy Airport (JFK) to Honolulu, Hawaii (HNL), which Delta operates daily with the Boeing 767-300ER. The other is the route returning from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) to New York JFK, which operates seasonally, using the Boeing 767-400ER from late October to early January. Perry Cantarutti, Delta's Senior Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, stated: "Our seasonal summer flights between Athens and New York provide customers with more choice, nonstop convenience, and more connecting destinations across the United States than any other airline."

The next four longest routes all serve Delta's primary hub—Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The route from Milan Malpensa (MXP) to Atlanta is the longest, with a maximum block time of 10 hours and 59 minutes, operated by the Boeing 767-400ER. The route returning from Munich Franz Josef Strauss Airport (MUC) to Atlanta follows closely at 10 hours and 57 minutes, primarily operated daily with the Boeing 767-400ER, with frequencies dropping to 19 flights in January and 21 in February. The route from Venice, Italy (VCE) to Atlanta has a maximum scheduled block time of 10 hours and 49 minutes, slightly higher than Zurich, Switzerland's (ZRH) 10 hours and 46 minutes. Both routes are served by the 767 until the late October schedule change, with the Zurich route resuming 767 service in March.

The remaining four routes are evenly split between New York JFK and Atlanta. The seventh and ninth longest routes, operated from JFK, connect to Catania, Italy (CTA) and Malta (MLA), respectively, with maximum block times of 10 hours and 44 minutes and 10 hours and 34 minutes, both being new routes added in 2026. On the Atlanta side, the route from Barcelona, Spain (BCN) to Atlanta ranks eighth, using the Boeing 767-400ER with a maximum duration of 10 hours and 35 minutes; the route from Nice, France (NCE) to Atlanta ranks tenth, with a maximum duration of 10 hours and 33 minutes.
