en.Wedoany.com Reported - ALLU Group has expanded its material handling product portfolio with the introduction of a new ALLU concrete crushing bucket designed to screen and crush concrete and masonry debris directly at demolition sites, reducing material handling and off-site processing requirements.
The crushing bucket is designed for 25- to 45-tonne excavators and can process feed material with a maximum particle size of 300 mm. Depending on the counter-blade configuration, it produces recycled aggregate of either 0-50 mm or 0-100 mm, with throughput reaching up to 100 tonnes per hour under suitable operating conditions.
In field tests, the attachment processed approximately 1,000 tonnes of concrete and masonry debris in about 10 hours, crushing it to below 100 mm. Its structure features rotating drums equipped with replaceable carbide picks and counter-blades, continuously performing crushing and screening in a single pass. The processed material can be directly reused in applications such as backfilling, road construction, and civil engineering projects.
Antti Rautamies, R&D Manager at ALLU, stated that this new attachment continues the company's philosophy of simplifying processing at the material source, offering contractors a way to process demolition material directly on-site.
In addition to the new concrete crushing bucket, the ALLU M-Series screening buckets are designed for heavy-duty applications such as mining and quarrying, and are compatible with 50- to 120-tonne excavators and 30- to 70-tonne wheel loaders. Operators can process material while loading it into haul trucks or conveyors, and hard or unwanted impurities can be separated from the material in the same operation, helping eliminate additional handling steps. By combining processing with loading, the M-Series reduces the need for intermediate stockpiles, buffer storage areas, and extra material transport. For mining operations, this means reduced equipment movement, streamlined material flow, and better utilization of existing excavators and loaders.
