en.Wedoany.com Reported - Florida-based Eagle LNG Partners has secured a $30 million investment from Datacentrex. Under a common unit purchase agreement, the latter purchased an equivalent number of Class A common units from ELNG Equity, the equity holding company of Eagle LNG Partners, corresponding to a 10.5% stake in Eagle LNG Partners. Eagle LNG Partners is a small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure developer and operator; Datacentrex is a diversified, technology-driven enterprise operating digital asset mining businesses in high-growth sectors.

This investment enables Datacentrex to hold a stake in an operational aerospace-grade LNG producer built to support U.S. space launch efforts. Parker Scott, CEO of Datacentrex, stated that the company focuses on businesses generating real revenue in ultra-high-growth sectors and aims to stay ahead of these enterprises. He noted that Eagle LNG is not a concept—it has been producing and delivering LNG since 2017 and has already secured contracts with a leading space propulsion customer. The U.S. is set to multiply launch frequency severalfold within this decade, and every launch vehicle requires fuel. Datacentrex would rather hold a position in the supply chain behind this growth than speculate on which launch vehicle will prevail.

Eagle LNG has continuously produced and delivered LNG since 2017, serving contracted customers in the space propulsion, marine bunkering, island utility, and industrial end markets under long-term take-or-pay supply agreements with a weighted average term of approximately 15 years.

Beyond its role as a vertically integrated LNG producer, the company is also a qualified supplier of aerospace-grade liquid methane, which is used to fuel America's next-generation launch vehicles. Since 2018, Eagle LNG has completed over 700 LNG bunkering operations, including ship-to-shore and ship-to-ship operations, all without incident.

According to Datacentrex, this investment was completed concurrently with a $10 million commitment from affiliates of The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), at the same price per unit. EMG is Eagle LNG's controlling sponsor and existing investor.

The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Eagle LNG Partners' extension request two years ago to complete construction of its proposed small-scale LNG facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
