EcoOLTec Launches T15 All-Electric Transport Refrigeration Unit in Germany

The unit is designed for rigid trucks, drawbar vehicles, and semi-trailers, and can be used for transport tasks requiring stable temperature control, such as food and cold chain logistics.

The T15 features an all-electric drive architecture, does not rely on a conventional diesel auxiliary engine, and operates with a natural refrigerant. The unit was developed for medium- and large-sized refrigerated transport vehicles, with a focus on cooling capacity, energy efficiency, and low emissions, making it suitable for applications such as urban distribution and long-haul cold chain transport.

The launch of the T15 signifies a further expansion of EcoOLTec's product coverage. Previously, the company focused primarily on electric transport refrigeration systems, while this new model extends its application to rigid trucks and semi-trailers with higher refrigeration demands, strengthening its product competitiveness in the heavy-duty cold chain transport market.

IAA Transportation 2026 is being held from September 15 to 20 in Hanover, Germany, focusing on commercial vehicle electrification, low-carbon transport, and digital technologies.
