en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 15, German transport refrigeration equipment manufacturer EcoOLTec unveiled the new T15 all-electric transport refrigeration unit at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hanover, further expanding its product line into single-temperature transport applications. The unit is designed for rigid trucks, drawbar vehicles, and semi-trailers, and can be used for transport tasks requiring stable temperature control, such as food and cold chain logistics.

The T15 features an all-electric drive architecture, does not rely on a conventional diesel auxiliary engine, and operates with a natural refrigerant. The unit was developed for medium- and large-sized refrigerated transport vehicles, with a focus on cooling capacity, energy efficiency, and low emissions, making it suitable for applications such as urban distribution and long-haul cold chain transport.

The launch of the T15 signifies a further expansion of EcoOLTec's product coverage. Previously, the company focused primarily on electric transport refrigeration systems, while this new model extends its application to rigid trucks and semi-trailers with higher refrigeration demands, strengthening its product competitiveness in the heavy-duty cold chain transport market.

IAA Transportation 2026 is being held from September 15 to 20 in Hanover, Germany, focusing on commercial vehicle electrification, low-carbon transport, and digital technologies. The T15 made its debut at this exhibition and is also an important new product in EcoOLTec's efforts to advance the electrification of its transport refrigeration equipment portfolio.
