Deliveries are scheduled to start in July 2025. The B01 features a design focused on "natural technological aesthetics," with a front showcasing a closed grille and split headlights. The upper daytime running lights display a unique three-point signature, while the lower bumper includes glossy black trim for a refined look.

The sedan’s side profile, inspired by a sailfish’s dorsal fin, results from extensive fluid dynamics simulations and real-world tests. Aerodynamic elements like flush door handles contribute to a drag coefficient of 0.197Cd. Measuring 4,770 mm in length, 1,880 mm in width, and 1,490 mm in height, with a 2,730 mm wheelbase, the B01 maintains a sleek fastback silhouette. The rear features a full-width taillight with a matching three-point lighting design.

Inside, the B01 adopts a minimalist "Dynamic Geometry" style, available in Mystic Purple or Cloud Gray color schemes. It includes an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch 2.5K high-definition central touchscreen. Powered by the Snapdragon 8295 chipset, the vehicle runs the Leapmotor OS 4.0 PLUS interface for a seamless experience.

Equipped with a rear-mounted electric motor, the B01 offers power outputs of 132 kW or 160 kW. It comes with two battery options, 56.2 kWh or 67.1 kWh, providing a CLTC-rated range of 550 km or 650 km, respectively. The fast-charging capability allows the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in 18 minutes.
