en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 25, the 5,000th personal robot of Qiyuan Robotics, a subsidiary of China's SWANCOR, officially rolled off the production line. From the launch of two products, the Qiyuan Q1 and T1, on September 20 to the cumulative rollout of 5,000 units, the production line has been operating for about one month. Currently, Qiyuan Robotics has achieved an average of one complete robot rolling off the line every 2.5 minutes, with daily production capacity increasing from more than 10 units initially to more than 200 units, beginning to form large-scale production and delivery capabilities.

The capacity improvement relies on adjustments to the robot complete-machine manufacturing system. Qiyuan Robotics and its suppliers jointly built a three-dimensional raw material warehouse, adopted semi-automated assembly lines, and established a digital traceability system covering production processes. In the product quality control stage, the company has set up a one-million-cycle wire harness bending test, a 100,000-cycle joint durability test, and module impact resistance testing, ensuring the consistency of mass-produced products through standardized assembly processes, automated calibration, and complete-machine inspection.

The robot production stage is jointly advanced by Qiyuan Robotics and the relevant manufacturing entities of Huguang Co., Ltd. The cooperation between the two parties covers complete-machine assembly, dedicated wire harness supporting, manufacturing process optimization, and quality management. Huguang Co., Ltd. applies the precision assembly processes and product traceability systems accumulated in automotive parts manufacturing to robot production. The 5,000th product rolling off the line this time is the Qiyuan T1, which has been delivered on site to a representative user. The product is aimed at learning companionship, interactive entertainment, and home assistance scenarios.

Qiyuan Robotics plans to carry out a product software upgrade at the end of October, adding functions such as children's English oral practice, following optimization in complex environments, as well as remote video calls and remote robot control.
