CMOC Responds to Progress on Cobalt Export Quota in the DRC, Actively Implementing Export Arrangements per Procedures

On December 24, regarding the cobalt export quota system implemented by the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), CMOC stated in an interview that the company is actively implementing various export arrangements in accordance with the DRC government's procedures.
According to the detailed cobalt export quota disclosed by the DRC, CMOC's cobalt export quota for the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 6,650 tons. It is reported that the company has already initiated the export process, with the first shipment expected to be dispatched in the near future.
