This program professionally processes used equipment through a standardized process, aiming to offer equipment owners more diverse choices.

The Genie Recon program operates from a dedicated facility in Springfield, Missouri. Factory-trained technicians perform the refurbishment work according to unified standards. Each piece of used equipment undergoes a comprehensive inspection, functional testing, and upgrades of selected components using genuine Genie parts to ensure it meets the company's manufacturing quality requirements.

Refurbished equipment will come with a three-year warranty. This program not only helps extend the lifecycle of aerial work platforms but also provides fleet managers with an additional equipment procurement option. Currently, Genie Recon primarily offers refurbished Genie S-65 and S-85 telescopic boom aerial work platforms to customers in North America.

Genie stated that it plans to showcase a refurbished aerial work platform at an exhibition hosted by the American Rental Association this March to further promote this service. Through the Genie Recon program, customers can obtain reliable, high-performance equipment in a more cost-effective manner while reducing resource consumption.
