Wedoany.com Report on Feb 10th, the Jiaozuo-Luoyang-Pingdingshan high-speed railway project, constructed by Henan Intercity Railway Co., Ltd., achieved a milestone. The first Block 0 of a continuous girder on the entire line was successfully completed with concrete pouring, marking the project's bridge construction officially transitioning from the substructure to the superstructure girder construction phase, creating conditions for subsequent project progress.

The poured Block 0 is located at Pier 182 of the Luoyang Luohe Grand Bridge on the Jiaozuo-Luoyang-Pingdingshan high-speed railway. The Luohe Grand Bridge is approximately 23.047 kilometers long, and the line needs to cross multiple existing railway lines such as Zhengxi and Jiaoliu, as well as the Luo River, Yi River, and the Erguang Expressway, resulting in a complex construction environment and significant organizational and coordination challenges. As the foundational starting point for continuous girder construction, Block 0 is located directly above the pier and is the first load-bearing structural unit for the cantilever pouring of the girder. Its construction quality and precision directly affect the final performance of the entire continuous girder segment.

To ensure that the pouring work for the first Block 0 meets quality and safety requirements, Henan Intercity Company coordinated with all participating construction units to meticulously plan and strictly control the construction process. In the next step, the project team will, based on actual site conditions, continue to optimize subsequent construction plans and refine operation standards for key processes such as support erection, rebar tying, formwork installation, and concrete curing. Simultaneously, the project team will strengthen technical briefings and safety training, strictly controlling acceptance checks at each stage to ensure engineering quality and construction safety.
