Product Introduction

The loss-in-weight feeder is a brand-new series product independently developed by Senyuan Blue Sky. It utilizes world-leading dynamic control technology and is equipped with a dynamic weighing controller specifically developed by the Senyuan Blue Sky R&D team for the loss-in-weight feeder. By adjusting the operating speed of various actuators such as screws, vibratory feeders, and pumps in real time, it controls the feed rate, and is also known as a constant-feed-rate feeder. It is widely used in continuous feeding production lines in industries such as rubber and plastics, environmental protection, chemical, food, and iron and steel non-ferrous metals. The application of the loss-in-weight feeder feeding system has completely revolutionized the traditional manual batching mode, marking a profound milestone in the history of batching development.

Composition, Working Principle, and Component Introduction of the Loss-in-Weight Feeder

The loss-in-weight feeder mainly consists of a weighing hopper, drive and feeding device, load cells, refill valve (optional), drive controller, and control module.

Working principle: High-precision load cells are used to measure the weight of material in the hopper in real time. When material is discharged from the material outlet through the drive and discharge device, its weight decreases. The control module compares the weight loss per unit time with the set discharge rate per unit time and adjusts the drive controller to keep them consistent, thereby achieving precise feeding.
