Universe Platform: Opening Atomic Capabilities to Build Replicable Intelligent Solutions

It is reported that the Universe Ecosystem Open Platform will open capabilities and resources, aggregating China Unicom's atomic capabilities in four core sectors and the distinctive capabilities of ecosystem partners. It will accumulate a template library and build agent capabilities to enable the rapid output of replicable, scalable solutions. By modularizing and standardizing Unicom's capabilities in areas such as network, computing power, data, and applications, the platform aims to lower the barrier to AI application for industry customers and developers, enhancing innovation efficiency.

Huawei Empowerment: Supporting End-to-End AI Capability System Construction

Huawei will support the construction of the Universe Ecosystem Open Platform, assisting China Unicom in building an end-to-end AI capability system encompassing "computing power, platform, model, and application." The collaboration between the two parties covers full-chain synergy from underlying computing power infrastructure to upper-layer industry applications, aiming to provide a technological foundation for operators to explore AI-native networks and intelligent services.
