The agreement was signed by Sarit Maheshwari, CEO of NGEL and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, and Ashish Arora, CEO of Nxtra. This collaboration focuses on exploring commercial opportunities for renewable energy project development in India.

The core objective of the partnership is to supply 24/7 renewable power to Nxtra's data centers. Nxtra plans to utilize this clean energy for self-consumption across its multiple facilities nationwide, aiming to reduce reliance on conventional energy sources and lower carbon emissions.

As digitalization accelerates, the demand for clean and reliable power in the data center industry continues to grow. Through this agreement, Nxtra aims to strengthen its sustainability efforts while ensuring a stable power supply for its operations. The company disclosed the agreement details in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015. Manish Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has filed the official documents with the stock exchanges.
