en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 30th, Recently, the Qingdianwa Flood Detention Area Project and Safety Construction Project (Phase 2) undertaken by Tianjin Company is making an all-out effort to meet the completion target before the flood season. Currently, the earthwork of the project is 89% complete, the flood diversion channels and the north-south embankments are 70% to 90% complete, and all core sub-projects of the flood control project are progressing as planned.

To ensure standardized and efficient construction, the project department implements a comprehensive safety education and assessment system for all personnel. Specialized training is conducted focusing on flood control construction standards and edge work protection. The routine "Daily Safety Morning Meeting" inspection mechanism is consistently implemented across all work fronts. During construction, the project department scientifically divides construction sections, adopts a segmented flow and multi-point simultaneous operation model, and rationally plans cross-process workflows to effectively avoid conflicts and improve construction efficiency. For key processes such as the embankment top road structural layer, flood diversion channel grouted stone masonry, and culvert engineering, construction parameter standards, process operation specifications, and quality control indicators are clearly defined one by one, covering all construction positions.
At this stage, the flood control project has entered the critical phase of embankment and auxiliary structure construction, with a focus on advancing sub-projects including the embankment top road structural layer, culvert engineering, soil and water conservation, and digital twin informatization. The evacuation roads and dredging works have been completed, while soil and water conservation and informatization construction are progressing in an orderly manner. The overall efficient progress of the project has laid a solid foundation for building a strong safety barrier for the flood control project.
