en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 30th, Sharp Eagle Sensing recently released a full series of linear displacement sensor products and introduced sensor solutions for the machine tool industry and high-temperature scenarios in lithium battery logistics warehousing. As a domestic Chinese linear displacement sensor supplier that simultaneously develops three technological paths—optical, magnetic, and sensing—Sharp Eagle Sensing's newly launched product matrix covers various precision, environmental, and cost requirements.

Linear displacement sensors are the focus of this release. The SCIH enclosed absolute linear inductive scale features a fully enclosed structure and multiple sealing designs, making it suitable for conditions involving coolant and chips, with a resolution of 50nm. The SON36 open-type absolute linear optical scale supports various communication protocols such as BISS-C and SSI, with resolutions ranging from 50nm to 1μm. The SON24 open-type incremental linear optical scale has a minimum resolution of 50nm and an electronic subdivision error of less than 40nm. Sharp Eagle Sensing stated that absolute communication optical scales have become the mainstream choice for CNC machine tools, precision measurement, semiconductor, and automation production lines, and their advantages in efficiency improvement and operation and maintenance simplification can offset the initial cost investment.
For the machine tool industry, Sharp Eagle Sensing introduced high-precision sensing solutions covering motion units such as feed axes, spindles, rotary tables, swivel heads, and power heads. The SROA48/79/105 series encoders for feed axis applications use battery-free mechanical multi-turn technology to avoid downtime risks caused by battery failure. The SROA48 integrated mechanical multi-turn encoder has a height of 29mm and 25-bit accuracy. The HME gear ring encoder is suitable for electric spindles with speeds up to 30,000 RPM. The KIH series hollow inductive scale encoders are specifically designed for the fourth and fifth axes of machine tool rotary tables, with repeatability ≤ ±1 arc second and a delay of less than 20 microseconds.
For the high-temperature scenarios in the formation and capacity grading processes of the lithium battery industry, Sharp Eagle Sensing launched sensor solutions covering three major logistics equipment: stackers, shuttle cars, and AGV forklifts. The LT-A120-H laser rangefinder has a maximum range of 120 meters and a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.5 millimeters, maintaining stable accuracy in high temperatures. The CO-E120-H optical communication data transmitter has an operating distance of 120 meters, a bandwidth of 100Mbit/s, and a communication delay of less than 5 microseconds. This solution aims to address issues such as sensor failure and data drift in high-temperature environments, enabling stable operation without additional cooling equipment.
With the full matrix of linear displacement sensors and industry solutions released this time, Sharp Eagle Sensing covers multiple technological paths from absolute to incremental measurement. In the two major fields of machine tools and lithium battery warehousing, the company provides sensing support for high-precision machining and high-temperature environment operations through product combinations such as encoders, optical scales, and laser rangefinders.
