During the summit, "Intelligent Quantum Inception (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.", a joint venture established by iFlytek Co., Ltd. and Liangyi Wanxiang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., was officially unveiled. This is China's first entity company dedicated to the deep integration and industrialization of AI and quantum technologies, marking the systematic industrial implementation of these two cutting-edge technologies from theoretical intersection. 
At the meeting, Liu Qingfeng, Chairman of iFlytek, stated that the current development of AI faces bottlenecks in computing power and energy, and quantum computing is a key path to break the deadlock, while AI technology in turn can accelerate the practical application of quantum computing. In an interview with Science and Technology Daily on April 10, Liu Qingfeng pointed out that iFlytek has "long suffered from insufficient computing power," and the firsthand experience of the computing power bottleneck drove the company to systematically enter the intersection of AI and quantum technologies. The universal application of AI will ultimately require deep collaboration between quantum computing and AI. Once quantum computing provides substantive assistance to AI, iFlytek will become the first super user. Professor Zhai Hui from the Institute for Advanced Study at Tsinghua University also emphasized that the integration of AI and quantum technology is not just an enhancement but an inevitable choice for the current development of quantum technology.
At the summit, Intelligent Quantum Inception released two core algorithms for AI-empowered quantum computing. The "Zhuifeng" large-scale atomic rapid rearrangement algorithm tackles the algorithmic challenge of rapid manipulation of ten-thousand-scale atomic arrays, providing AI algorithm support for quantum computing to enter the ten-thousand-scale era. The "Bianque" quantum error correction decoder is a specialized AI decoder developed for atomic quantum error correction, significantly improving the stability of quantum computing. Both algorithms were recently completed by Intelligent Quantum Inception in collaboration with researchers from Tsinghua University and iFlytek, demonstrating AI technology's ability to break through quantum hardware bottlenecks.
Professor Zhai Hui further disclosed that the Tsinghua University team, using fully self-developed technology, captured 10,064 atoms in an experiment for the first time, enabling the available quantum bit resources to exceed ten thousand for the first time, surpassing the previous world record of 6,100 atoms held by the California Institute of Technology. Liangyi Wanxiang was established in July 2024, incubated from the Tsinghua University atomic quantum computing team. It focuses on the neutral atom technology path and has developed multiple fully independent and controllable technologies and products, including optical metasurfaces capable of projecting tens of thousands of high-quality optical tweezers at once. In the joint venture Intelligent Quantum Inception, iFlytek is positioned as a long-term investor, a provider of AI technology and talent, and a potential supporter for future industrialization.
