en.Wedoany.com Reported - US attachment manufacturer Werk-Brau has introduced a new line of tilt buckets for excavators, capable of tilting 45 degrees in both directions to enhance control and flexibility when digging trenches, grading, and working on slopes.

The bucket requires no separate tilt attachment and can be installed on excavators equipped with a quick coupler by connecting just two hydraulic lines. Widths range from 60 inches to 84 inches, with capacities from 0.75 cubic yards to 2.89 cubic yards. Other designs and capacities are available upon request.
Werk-Brau states that the increased tilt force allows for better angles, reducing the need for excavator repositioning, thereby boosting productivity and reducing wear on tracks and undercarriages. The oversized cylinder design increases tilt force, enabling the bucket to better maintain the desired angle. Integrated cylinder guards protect the unit from damage or leaks. Tilt buckets for compact excavators feature a single-cylinder design, while buckets for full-size excavators utilize a dual-cylinder design.
All critical or high-wear components are manufactured from high-strength T-1 steel and feature a rigid top structure to eliminate flexing. A heavy-duty horizontal bottom wear strip provides additional reinforcement. Each bucket features tapered side plates and a dual-cone radius design for easy material release. Greaseable hardened bushings are used at all pivot points. Werk-Brau does not recommend using this tilt bucket for hard digging applications. An optional replaceable bolt-on cutting edge is available, and the bucket is not equipped with teeth for grading or finishing work. Werk-Brau manufactures all attachments for all makes and models of excavators according to OEM specifications.
