Vannoy Construction reported revenue of €873 million ($1 billion) in 2025, with operations spanning healthcare, manufacturing, education, and retail sectors, serving both public and private clients. Founded in 1952 by Jim Vannoy and Wilma Vannoy, the company currently operates from seven locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Mark Vannoy, President of Vannoy Construction, stated that the transaction marks a new phase in the company's history, emphasizing that employees, clients, and partners can expect continuity above all else, with no changes to the management team, brand, or culture. With Bouygues Construction's support, Vannoy Construction will have everything needed to continue growing and writing a new chapter.
Bouygues Construction has completed multiple projects in Florida, Rhode Island, and Washington, D.C., including Pier Sixty-Six and Palmer Lakes Logistics Center in Florida, as well as tunnel projects in Rhode Island and Washington, D.C. The company believes that economic and population growth in the southeastern United States is driving increased investment in infrastructure and facilities. Pierre-Éric Saint-André, CEO of Bouygues Construction, said the acquisition is a milestone in strengthening its U.S. operations, helping to unlock Vannoy Construction's growth potential and enhance the resilience of Bouygues Construction's growth model in mature economies.
Bouygues Construction reported revenue of €10.6 billion in 2025, with operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. Other entities within the Bouygues Group, such as Equans and Colas, also operate in the southeastern United States. Last month, Montenegro's Ministry of Public Works and Health selected Bouygues Bâtiment International, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, to design and build a new university hospital in Podgorica.
