en.Wedoany.com Reported - Hangzhou Xintong Building Materials Co., Ltd. (affiliated with Sanshi Materials) has officially commenced production at its new plant in Anren Village, Qiantan Town, Jiande City, Hangzhou. The base is positioned as a high-end, green, and intelligent modern commercial concrete production facility.

Located approximately 50 meters west of the original site, the new plant covers an area of 20.86 mu, with an additional building area of about 11,000 square meters. It includes a top-mounted mixing tower, fully enclosed sand and gravel aggregate silos, a comprehensive building, and a production and laboratory building.

The plant adopts fully enclosed sand and gravel silos for dust suppression and is equipped with an intelligent mixing system. The technical team in the laboratory building conducts real-time quality monitoring and mix optimization, while an information platform integrates the entire process from order placement, production scheduling, logistics, to service.

The project has built two new HZS240 intensive commercial concrete production lines, with an annual design capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters. The production lines can flexibly produce concrete with strength grades from C20 to C60 and above, and are capable of producing high-performance concrete (HPC) and ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC).
The production lines are supported by fully enclosed elevated aggregate silos with a total effective storage capacity of 5,000 cubic meters, subdivided into 18 compartments. Each production line can simultaneously mix nine different specifications of aggregates.

In terms of environmental protection, the project uses fully enclosed sand and gravel combined storage silos and baghouse dust collection technology to suppress dust emissions, and is equipped with a spray dust suppression system and vehicle spray washing machines. A photovoltaic power generation system has been installed on the roof of the production workshop, replacing traditional energy consumption with clean energy.

In terms of intelligence, the plant has introduced an unmanned weighbridge system for automatic weighing and data entry, and uses "5G + Industrial Internet" as the foundation to connect the entire chain of data from raw materials to after-sales service, achieving low-manpower production, remote industrial control, and full-process quality traceability.
