This forum is a continuation of the "Awakening of Indonesia's Technological Sovereignty" announced on May 20, 2026, transforming the vision into a more concrete implementation blueprint and roadmap centered on three pillars: sovereign cloud, sovereign AI, and sovereign cybersecurity. The forum brought together regulators, strategic state-owned enterprises, corporate clients, and global technology partners to align the development direction of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity with national needs.

Sonny Hendra Sudaryana, Director of Digital Ecosystem Development at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of Indonesia, stated that strengthening sovereign cloud, AI, and cybersecurity is a key step in protecting national data security and enhancing trust in the digital ecosystem, helping to ensure that the national digital transformation proceeds securely, inclusively, and sustainably.

Seno Soemadji, Director of Strategic Business Development and Portfolio at Telkom, emphasized that digital sovereignty has become a national strategic necessity, requiring the enhancement of Telkom's role through the TLKM 30 transformation, shifting from a connectivity provider to a service enabler. During the forum, Telkom also reinforced the AdyaCakra initiative, a sovereign digital stack encompassing sovereign cloud capabilities through NeuCentrIX, NeutraDC Hyperscale, and edge infrastructure, sovereign AI capabilities through AI Hub and Agentic AI BigBox, and sovereign cybersecurity capabilities through Telkom CSOC, sovereign threat intelligence, and managed detection and response.

Eight global technology partners participated in strategic discussions at the forum and signed collaborative intentions to accelerate national capacity building, knowledge transfer, and technology adoption. The forum drove the formation of more concrete collaborative blueprints and roadmaps among the government, regulators, state-owned enterprises, and industry players to support the Digital Indonesia 2030 Vision and the TLKM 30 transformation agenda.
