en.Wedoany.com Reported - Electronics manufacturer Jabil and the Adani Group have announced a partnership to build a manufacturing platform in India that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and data center infrastructure.
Under the proposed cooperation agreement, Jabil and Adani plan to deploy multi-gigawatt (multi-GW) high-density AI rack capacity in India, covering servers, storage, and networking systems. In addition to computing racks, Jabil will be responsible for the full spectrum of white space and grey space equipment manufacturing, including power distribution units (PDUs), coolant distribution units (CDUs), transformers, switchgear, busways, and advanced thermal management systems.

In a joint statement, the two companies stated that they are committed to building an end-to-end hardware ecosystem from design to deployment, providing infrastructure builders with a highly integrated single-source solution. Through this collaboration, the U.S. company and the Indian group have set a goal of capturing over $3 trillion in global market opportunities over the next seven years. However, the parties did not disclose financial terms and are currently finalizing the operational framework and formal documents.
This alliance directly aligns with the Adani Group's previously announced $100 billion commitment to develop 5 gigawatts (5GW) of hyperscale AI data centers powered by green energy by 2035, complementing existing collaborations with global technology leaders. Jabil, which reported $29.8 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025, has recently strengthened its AI data center solutions portfolio through the acquisitions of Hanley Energy Group and Mikros Technologies.
Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, stated that the alliance with Jabil is a decisive step toward building India's complete AI infrastructure stack—from green power generation to world-class hardware manufacturing. Jabil CEO Mike Dastoor said that this strategic partnership is another step in Jabil's commitment to creating long-term value for customers, aiming to serve the AI ecosystem through scalable solutions covering the product lifecycle.
