Foundation and substructure works have been completed, superstructure works are approximately 78% complete, and curtain wall, mechanical, electrical, and interior finishing works are progressing across multiple floors. The overall construction progress of the tower stands at approximately 38%.

In the master plan, the hotel component has an overall completion rate exceeding 30%, with construction of external infrastructure, landscaped areas, walkways, and community spaces advancing in parallel to support the project's gradual operational launch.

Danah Bay is planned as a fully integrated waterfront community combining residential, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle functions, with core elements including private beach access and a curated waterfront experience.
