en.Wedoany.com Reported - CRCC Heavy Industry's concrete wet spraying machine, equipped with a real-time scanning and spraying guidance system, has recently completed field validation on the Qian-Gui Railway project. The equipment integrates functions such as whole-machine positioning, full-section real-time scanning, real-time monitoring of spray layer thickness, intelligent display of over-spray and under-spray, and spraying guidance, aiming to promote the digital upgrade of tunnel wet spraying construction.
Traditional shotcrete operations rely on manual visual estimation to control thickness and flatness, lacking precise control methods. CRCC Heavy Industry has addressed this industry pain point by integrating real-time scanning with spraying guidance.

The real-time scanning and spraying guidance module uses the real-time scanning unit as its sensing core, combined with an onboard control host, onboard display, and remote control screen, forming a multi-terminal intelligent interactive system. This system can adapt to harsh tunnel environments such as dust and water mist. During operation, it simultaneously scans the cross-section and dynamically monitors the thickness of the sprayed concrete, guiding the operator to work precisely and improving quality control levels.

The system supports multiple guidance modes, including design mode and base surface thickness mode, adapting to different scenarios such as with or without arches and automatic thickness matching. Data on compliance, over-spray, and under-spray calculated from real-time scanning are displayed as color cloud maps on the onboard screen and remote control screen, allowing the operator to apply material as needed and prevent over-spray. This not only controls spray thickness and reduces concrete consumption but also improves the flatness of the sprayed surface.

In addition to guiding spraying, the system features a built-in flatness analysis function that can quickly compare the design profile and calculate flatness data for the full tunnel cross-section. The relevant data can be directly used for construction quality assessment and simultaneously archived as digital engineering records.

CRCC Heavy Industry's intelligent spraying technology has been implemented in practical applications, solving construction challenges through digital precision control, improving tunnel construction quality and efficiency, and achieving energy savings and consumption reduction.
