Through this acquisition, Netrics aims to expand its "Data & AI" business segment, bolstering its capabilities in data analysis, data management, and data governance. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

For Banian's clients, existing contacts will remain unchanged in the short term. Netrics has promised its own customers enhanced expertise and a broader range of services in areas such as data-driven projects, data preparation, data modeling, process automation, and the implementation of business intelligence solutions.
