Burglars can identify unoccupied homes through signs such as closed shutters, overflowing mailboxes, and prolonged darkness, and can even recognize properties without alarm systems.

Verisure's solution is based on connected detectors, remote monitoring, and instant deterrence. Its product line includes the external video outdoor detector Aquila, which integrates motion sensors and a speaker, directly connected to a remote monitoring center; users can monitor the exterior of their home day and night using the Arlo Pro 5 connected camera controlled via the Arlo Secure application, and receive recordings (retained for 7 days). Internal monitoring is handled by Arlo series indoor cameras equipped with high-definition video, a 130-degree wide-angle lens, and day/night vision.
