en.Wedoany.com Reported - China Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taiyuan Heavy Industry Group") recently announced that its 13-ton forestry excavator TZ135F, developed for the Southeast Asian forestry market, has successfully rolled off the production line. This is the company's first model in the forestry equipment segment, aimed at expanding overseas markets.

Headquartered in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Group is a leading heavy machinery manufacturer in China, covering the research, development, and manufacturing of large-scale equipment in fields such as mining, metallurgy, energy, and transportation. The company's products are exported to numerous countries and regions worldwide. Regarding the newly launched TZ135F forestry excavator, Taiyuan Heavy Industry stated that in the face of a highly competitive international market, the company develops targeted equipment by identifying user needs. The technical team systematically optimized the power, chassis, and safety protection of the TZ135F to address the complex terrain, soft soil, and high operational risks characteristic of Southeast Asian forest areas.

The excavator's power system is equipped with a dedicated biodiesel filter to adapt to local fuel conditions. The chassis features a wide track gauge, low ground pressure, and high ground clearance design, and is standardly fitted with a fixed wood grapple to enhance stability in environments such as swamps and mountainous areas. In terms of safety protection, this model is equipped with a full-body protection system, a ROPS/OPG-certified safety cab, as well as fine insect mesh and anti-collision bars, providing multiple layers of protection for operators. ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) and OPG (Object Protective Guard) are internationally recognized safety certification standards for construction machinery cabs, used to evaluate the cab's ability to protect operators in the event of vehicle rollover or falling object impact.

Southeast Asia boasts abundant tropical forest resources, with forestry and wood processing being key local industries, creating a sustained demand for specialized forestry machinery. The region's forest terrain is complex, with swamps and soft ground common during the rainy season, imposing high requirements on equipment passability and stability. The launch of the Taiyuan Heavy Industry TZ135F represents a significant step in the company's deep cultivation of niche segments and expansion into overseas markets. Previously, Taiyuan Heavy Industry has introduced multiple engineering machinery products for different working conditions, and this forestry excavator further completes its product portfolio.
