The company will showcase this new sensor along with its TMR and AMR magnetic sensor series at the 2026 Munich Electronica Shanghai (Booth N3.501).

The AMR4020VD combines advanced AMR sensor design with an innovative packaging solution, delivering high measurement accuracy, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to external magnetic field interference. Compared to traditional magnetic scale sensors, this sensor reduces alignment and installation constraints, allowing the PCB to be mounted vertically or parallel to the magnetic scale or ring. This simplifies wiring and system integration, improving assembly consistency and manufacturing yield.
Optimized for magnetic scales and rings with a 2 mm pole pitch, the AMR4020VD provides differential sine/cosine outputs. It operates over a supply voltage range of 5 V to 9 V, an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C, and offers immunity to external magnetic fields up to 1500 Gauss. It supports a maximum air gap of approximately 1 mm and is housed in a compact DFN21L package (6 × 2 × 1.5 mm).
This sensor is suitable for industrial encoders, CNC machine tools, linear motors, robotics, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, precision positioning stages, and other high-performance motion control systems.
